The front of the house is done! It's been yellow for too long so over a couple of weeks we've got round it all and freshened it up a bit.

Dad and I made a log store from the leftover decking wood. I've just spent the day cutting up wood to go in it and there's still more in the shed. Should have built a bigger store...
So I went to the timber merchant and said "I need decking" at which point he punched me in the face. Badoom-tish. The back of the house is loads of different levels so the easiest way to cover it all up was to deck. We built a frame and chucked some planks on. Sweet...

Blimey. 6 months since an update but we have been busy doing baby stuff which is some sort of excuse. We had the kitchen floor done ages ago and didn't post it. It's rubber and cool.
But it might be a cupboard. It's quite small but perfectly formed. We removed the outside loo and blocked up the door. Then knocked through from the little cupboard in the dining room to give us space in there. Chucked in some power and water for the washing machine and...
